Overview

In General

The new European double beam gantry crane is designed and manufactured according to the standards of the Chinese crane according to the relevant standards of the European cranes.

Cranes are mainly made up by beams, trolleys, electrical parts and control rooms and other components. The standard lifting capacity are 5 t, 8 t, 10 t, 12.5 t, 16 t, 20 t, 25 t, 32 t, 40 t, 50 t, 63 t , 80 t and 100t. We also can customized the lifting capacity depend on customer requirements. Span is from 7.5 m to 31.5 m. NMG gantry crane with the features of extremely safe, good design, ergonomic, material handling convenient and efficient, widely used for machinery manufacturing assembly, warehouse and other places, for the machine equipment manufacturing, maintenance, warehouses and other places, but not suitable for the self-explosion and fire to do dangerous, full corrosive gas medium and relative humidity greater than 85% of the work in the place, not suitable for hanging transport metal.

Features

Metal Structure

The main beam is a partial rail box beam or steel beam, The end beam is made of welded steel (rectangular tube). Between the end beam and the main beam with 10.9 high-strength bolts group as a whole.

• Box girder for partial rail beam or H beam structure, the steel plate welding forming
• material of steel plate is Q235-B
• Vertical deflection is L/800
• All steel shot blasting pretreatment, achieve Sa2.5 level standard
• Carefully check and cleaned before welding steel, usually by the automatic welding machine for welding (MIG or semi-automatic welding)
• All weld for X-ray nondestructive flaw detection
• Beam of rectangular steel pipe or welding forming in the numerical control machine tool processing forming at a time, material of steel plate Q235-B
• Each end beam is equipped with double rims of wheels, buffers and derailment protection devices
• the maintenance platform (maintenance walkway) of double-beam crane is installed in the driving side of crane in the direction of the main beam
• The main beam and the end beam are connected with 10.9 high strength bolts to ensure the precision and smooth running of the whole machine.

Lifting Mechanism

Traveling Mechanism

Crane traveling mechanism adopts even driving form, and divided into two solutions:

• The motor has a soft start characteristics, if it is not connected with starting resistance, there is no necessary to take other technical measures, power feeding directly, then it can reach  the effect of "soft start" ., the motor itself with a flat friction brake, braking speed is adjustable. there is a very significant improvement on the impact for crane start and stop, the deceleration system is using closed hard tooth surface gear, grinding fine processing, smooth transmission, low noise, high load capacity, low temperature, long life. 
• Adopt three in one " (brand: ABM, SEW, SZW) driving system, superior performance.

Electrics

Power supply: Safety sliding contact line
Equipped with protection function in case of default phase
Hoisting, trolley and crane movements are controlled separately. 
They can run simultaneously or independently.
Dedicated vibration control contactor for crane
The control panels are corrosion resistant, protection class is IP55
All the plug sockets are with heavy duty plug heads, reliable sealing and firm inserting
The layout of components in the control box is reasonable, easy to maintenance
Plug connection parts are protected by insulating plastic casing
All cables are coded with numbers, easy to identify
The movement of trolley is powered by insulated PVC flat cable which is specially designed for cranes, and stress level of it can reach to 450/750V
The mobile power supply system for trolley consists of flat cable, galvanized slides and small cable jigger to achieve smooth sliding

Safety Protection

Anti-falling protection for the Three-in-One electric motor of trolley and crane prevents from accidental falling
Rain Cover: For lifting mechanism of outdoor cranes, electric cabinet and driving mechanism

Surface Spray Treatment

• The steel plate is subjected to shot blasting prior to soldering, grade SA2.5
• The total thickness of the steel coating is no less than 80 μm (Note: can be based on user requirements whole)
• The purchased parts retain their original paint quasi
• Protective paint is sprayed inside and outside the electrical cabinet
• All metal surfaces are protected against moisture and moisture during shipment
